The St. James Childcare Policy requires a minimum of 2 weeks notice to the Childcare Coordinator. If the event is less than 2 weeks away, every effort will be made to provide childcare but it won't be guaranteed. If cancellation is necessary, please inform the Childcare Coordinator as soon as possible.
