Metropolitan Area
- Habitat for Humanity builds are held each year. St. James has participated in six builds in the past five years.

St. James prepares soup and sandwiches which are later served by church members. Donated coats, shoes and other warm clothing are also brought to the mission.
- The Salvation Angel Tree is an exciting event everyone looks forward to. Grab your angels early as they go very fast! Angels are replaced with warm socks and mittens for a little extra Christmas cheer for the recipients.
