Feeding the Flock, St. James’ new name for Wednesday Night Supper, is one of our most fun, all-volunteer ministries. We have cooking teams plus setup and cleanup crews who work every week to serve a delicious meal for the 80 to 100 folks who attend Wednesday night fellowship. Lots of laughter and tasty aromas flow from that kitchen on Wednesday nights! Let the church office know if you're interested in volunteering.
Meals range from stroganoff and lasagna to salad bar and chicken tetrazzini . . . plus a kid-friendly PB&J table which includes fruit cups, chips and milk. And the cost is reasonable: $6/adult; $4/child, with a $20 family maximum. We invite you to RSVP online from the website: online. or call the church office. We ask that you please contact us by noon Monday.
Cooking with one of our teams, washing giant pots and pans, or simply sharing a meal . . . all are great ways to feel part of the St. James family.
A personal communion is offered in the Prayer Room every Wednesday evening at 5pm.
Don’t worry if you can’t cook, just come sit down at our table and join us for a delicious meal and fellowship. Bring your entire family, or carry home a boxed dinner. It’s always fun having new faces at the dinner table. There is always an activity immediately following, anything from Guest Speakers, to seasonal events, to Family Bingo Night! A detailed calendar of Wednesday night programs is provided below.
All Are Welcome!!!
